I've been trying to use the DNC website to modify reservations. It doesn't seem to be working; recognizes neither my reservation number I have in front of me from reservation made last year nor my email address to which reservation confirmation was sent.
Anyone know if the darned beast is out of juice? Why have a website if it does not work?
