What was yer intinerary; where did you enter the trail, where did you overnight, and what were your hiking distances? (I dont need all the GPS et al, I am just curious about the basics) Also, did you need snow shoes at all or spikes, or were you okay in hiking boots?.

Bee, I'm notorious when I go solo to lay out a plan and stray from it... alot...
either adding stuff or deleting... and rarely stick entirely to the trail... (do as I say.. not as I do)
So forget the plan... here is what I did:
The short story is:
Day 1: SJ (5am)->HI->Mist->Half Dome->Clouds->Sleepy : ~12 miles
Day 2: Over Clouds->Forsyth Tr->JMT->Moraine Dome->Billy Dome*->Sleepy : ~ 8 miles
Day 3: Billy Dome*->Merced River->LYV->JMT->HI->SJ (4pm) : ~ 8 miles
*Billy Dome is the dome between Moraine Dome and Bunnell Pt. I have no idea why it does
not have a name. It's one of my favorite domes in the park...
I wore shoes not boots. Low gaiters. Had some spikey thingies which worked great on the
top of Clouds in the morning when the snow was still frozen solid...
