Did they get an Environmental Impact Statement before doing this? Don't the park visitors complain?

I'm sure DNC would charge it if they could. If they can charge $250/night for "Yosemite Lodge At The Falls" which gives you the impression that you can walk out on your balcony and you're right in front of the falls, then they can get away with anything. $500/night at the Ahwanee already.
