Water between High Sierra camps?

My wife and I will be hiking the High Sierra camp route from Toulomne Meadows to Vogelsang to Merced Lake to the Yosemite Valley in late August (four day trip).

My question is whether there are water sources between the camps? I am trying to decide whether to bring my water purifiyer or bring extra water bottles to fill before leaving each camp. Many of the streams sound like they have dried up?

Two 1 liter bottles each and bring the filter. It's always good to have it with you even on a day hike. You never know when you will need more water water than you started with.
