Acting Director Wenk recently signed a memorandum entitled "Recreation Fee Rates for CY 2010," freezing all current 2009 rates for existing FLREA entrances and expanding amenity and special recreation permit fees. Increased fees and new fees for CY 2010 will be considered only on a case by case basis if there are compelling circumstances that warrant granting an exception. Regional directors are to respond by March 13th.
