Morning Edition, September 18, 2003 · Three years ago, in an effort to ease chronic overcrowding in Yosemite National Park, the Clinton administration signed off on a plan to limit cars in the park. But now a local congressman has come up with his own bill that challenges many of the provisions of that Yosemite Valley plan.
