Since 2007 the female spectacled bear and two of her female kin at Germany's Zoo Leipzig have been going bald—baffling experts.

Uncage them and send them back to the Andes. I am sure I would be in worse condition if I were in a cage.

Anyhow, I don't know the specifics here - but that would be my first criticism.
