In one of the most unusual workers' compensation cases in recent memory, a Montana man persuaded a state judge that his marijuana use prior to going into a fenced area to feed bears was not responsible for him being attacked and the injuries he received. The judge chided Brock Hopkins, but exonerated him at the same time.
