The Alberta government says it has cancelled two Crown land leases it granted to Cougar Rock Holdings Ltd. in 2003 for the development. The leases were granted for a resort that was to include hotels, lodges, time-share apartments, condos, a casino, RV parks, a guest ranch, a spa, restaurants, boutiques and a championship golf course.
