On a related note... yes, this should work for marmuts... dey
prolly think they got the creaming filling motherload and just
eat the foam.

That's the packing for the box the car came in. Your'e supposed to get rid of it, not keep it!

Or is it a flotation device in case the car gets flooded?

That way the car will be an ark and float away till after the flood. Wonder where it'll land.
