I love living up here. This article tells why. I go just a few miles away from Reno any direction and I'm in the middle of nowhere.

They've been searching for Steve Fossett for a week now and found six plane wrecks they didn't know about but none of them Fossett. I think he's hiding.

If he crashed, they should have picked up an ELT signal by now.

I'm in total agreement with you, Vince. I can't imagine living elsewhere. Once I'm out of Zephyr Cove and down the mountain it doesn't take long before I feel like I'm alone on a distant planet. And anyone who has driven east on US 50 for a few hours will certainly agree that it is in fact "The Loneliest Highway In The World."
