<HTML> see that people are already looking around for predictions on when Tioga Pass will open this year. The plowing will not start before April 15th and how fast the plowing will proceed depends on snow depth, snow density, equipment failures, and avalanche conditions.
I expect the pass to open before Memorial Day weekend but don't count on it.</HTML>
