I've never like the flavor of cockroaches. Crickets taste much better, especiall when fried in a little butter and garlic.

Close in flavor but dental floss is not needed after the cockroach.

There's nothing that I've seen that gets rid of that cockroach odor when they're cooked. I wonder if the grubs would be better?

I suppose a chocolate roach would be edible. But eating cidadas every 17 years in Chicago is great. They taste just like nuts. The wings are a bit troublesome though.
