TM campground - less people?

We are planning to go up to our favorite campground TM at the end of
July.
Are there less people this year due to gas prices, fires, etc.?

I hope so, we have the same idea....weird weather, thunderstorms, etc., but hopefully everything will turn out ok.......

We are just back from a few nights at TM campground and, of course, had a great time. The campground did not fill up on Friday night nor (I think) Saturday night. Variable smoke haze, but mostly clear. A serious T-storm, including heavy hail, on Sunday at TM, but it didn't bother us on our Mono Pass hike. Gas was 5.05 at TM or Crane Flat.
