Weirdly, a couple years ago at Bliss State Park I saw someone w/ a tent mounted, somehow, on their pickup. Although their tent actually fit on the truck, unlike this tent-ma-hall.

There used to be a company (maybe 2) that manufactured camper shells that folded out into tents. I had one about 20 years ago and it worked pretty darn good.
