Will I be able to get a first come first served campsite this saturda(8/14)?

<HTML>My friends and I plan to have a 2-day hiking this weekwnd. We didn't get a reservation. What are the chances of getting a first come first served site for tent camping? I'm afraid not getting one and have to go home in the same day. We plan to arrive the park arround 9AM. Will it increase our chance?

<HTML>Arriving that early you should be able to find something. Try Porcupine Flat and Yosemite Creek campgrounds and you'll probably find someone getting ready to leave.

If you are unable to find anything in the Park, drive out the east side and go towards Mammoth. You can camp in the forest east of US 395 as long as you don't light a fire.</HTML>
