When I was there in 1987, I had no desire to do anything like that. Then when I came down with malaria after being there a day, my being delirious might have done that.

I think the first comment underneath the article about sums up my attitude:

this is why people die on their holidays. Ya- ANY wet rock can be very very slippery..... so now anyone going to V. Falls is going to do this and weeeeeeeee! Darwin Award winner

Don't even get me started about the idiots who responded to her with comments like "Get a life," "Live a Little," or "I'd rather die having fun than sit around doing nothing."
