Ah, but that's a captive Grizzly bear named Bruiser (a little more than a year old), not one that roams free like the family of black bears that took over that pool in New Jersey in the first video.

By the way, last year-2014, more people were killed by bears in New Jersey than in Alaska.

Black bears climb trees; grizzlies don't. So if you climb up a tree and the bear climbs up to get you, it's a black bear. If it pushes the tree down to get you, it's a grizzly.
