You couldn't do this stuff when I was a kid your age. Very cool.

Totally, totally cool. I particularly loved the way we could see where you hit one of those "hmmmm" moments before proceeding to find your way, as well as those viewpoints that got you to slow down and take in the sights.

Impressed with the speed you made in some of these areas off trail!

I was following along and thinking "he should go up on that dome and check it out" only to watch the track turn as you headed up to check it out. Pretty cool, I didn't know this even existed.

This one is particularly fun... since we had our boats...
It was a long day... but loads of fun and just gorgeous...

JKW and Basilbop and myself had a long drive home that day...
but ... dang... it was worth it!

Very cool. I kept looking for elevation and found that if I clicked the arrow next to speed it would change to elevation.

Cool. Now we know how far behind we would be. Can you have more than one going at the same time? Would be cool to see a Chick-on vs Basilbop race.

That was really cool, thanks for sharing that. Although that did bring a bit of motion sickness for me, haha.

You started at 5AM in the morning. Did you leave your stuff at the campsite (starting point), or did you bring everything with you when you went up Galen?

You can... Stick N Fedders would need to upload... and then we could create a view with the two.
JKW sent me her track from Z Bald Mountain Buck Brush trip... we diverged for a bit... and you can see that..
pretty cool...
here it is:

O... yeah, I don't wanna race Stick N Fedders. That guy is FAST!
Me thinks he no use the same wind.
We went to Dewey last weekend and he averaged like 9 million mph on his
trek in of 15 miles...

I was playing in the shrubs in comparison.

I also had no idea this tool existed, and I also am really taken back by how useful/fun it is. Did your GPS spaz out a little bit on Mt Clark, or is that just you poking around for the best route up?

yeah, I didn't either!

Colin pointed me to it! Many thanks to him!

The track is pretty good... but yeah, I went up and down and around ... and over the top and down a bit to the south.
It doesn't show exactly... but pretty cool none-the-less.

If you clicky on the abuser in the doarama ... then you can actually see all the trips from
August there... but you have to hit the rabbit button ... because of the sleepy time ...
(i.e. the track is multiple days)

Anyway... if you want to see something in particular... shout...
pretty much I probably have a track of it...

Thanks!

Huh, so you're saying that I can match these up with Basilbop's trip reports? That's got me more excited than it probably should.

Possibly... probably... perhaps...

Got one in mind?
