Hey all. I'm headed to Lower Merced Pass Lake this weekend. Have never backpacked there. This was last-minute as my original Sequoia NP plan fell through due to lack of viable water sources. I have not followed the fire damage from recent years to know if this area has been impacted. I usually hike out of Tuolumne Meadows. Is there scarring in this area of the park? I wasn't sure how to look that up online.
