Suggestion: could we make a sticky thread that complies.....
September 04, 2014 11:21AM
various links to sites that have trip reports that we've found useful in planning our own trips into the Sierra?

As sort of a compendium/repository of references to help other members find information they're looking for?

Or would that be better placed in a different forum? Or not at all?

Over the years, I've built up quite a collection that others might find useful.

Dammit. COMPILES, not complies.

I'd go for it, but I don't know how to make a sticky thread here. Isn't that a mods thing?

Just create the thread and we'll make it sticky.

I'm not quite sure how a sticky thread works, but you could try an old fashioned compilation, either alphabetic or geographic. Sort of like this one (blush):

Good suggestion, but since it's not a sticky, it won't always appear at the top of of the thread tree. That thread you linked to should be a stick, too. GREAT info there
