To shuttle between Tenaya Lake and the Yosemite Creek/Ten Lakes trailhead, you would need to catch the
Yosemite Valley to Tuolumne Meadows hikers bus. (The more frequent Tuolumne Meadows Shuttle Bus travels no father west than Olmsted Point.)
The Yosemite Valley to Tuolumne Meadows hikers bus only makes three daily roundtrips. Here's its schedule:

Looking at the hikers bus schedule, if you leave your car at the Yosemite Creek/Ten Lakes trailhead and take the hikers bus back at the end of your trip, you'll need to be at the Tenaya Lake bus stop by 7:07 PM at the latest. But if you want to catch an earlier bus back, then you would need to be at that stop by 1:22 PM (5 hours and 45 minutes between the two buses).
On the other hand, if you left your car at Tenaya Lake and then took the shuttle to the Yosemite Creek/Ten Lakes trailhead, then the earliest you could start your backpacking trip from the trailhead would be somewhere around 10:50 AM, but you would be able to arrive back to Tenaya Lake and your car anytime you liked.
