Wondering whether you guys returned back from TV section as Pano trail seems to be exposed at some points. I was thinking of doing this on Xmas eve and might push it out by a week due to snow forecast at 2000'. Thanks

That was two trips... but who's counting?

You mean PANO or POHONO? I am gonna assume you meant Pohono... since you said TV.

For the first (Bob Bird at Inspiration Pt.) ... yes... we did an out and back from Badger Pass.
I dunno what points are exposed. The only issue I can see is if HUGE snow... MAYBE
the traverse to Artist Creek angle of the dangle may be a bit much... other than that...
nope.

Old Dood and I did a trek up from Bridalveil Falls couple years ago... and I didn't want
to drive up to Tunnel View and have to drive back down... so went in to get a permit
to OK parking overnight there... and the "ranger" giving the permit was supremely
concerned about us going up Pohono. I have no idea what he was talking about.

Yes. El Cap. North Dome area... etc... etc..
Conditions vary greatly...
