Just to be clear on this...

I spent a good deal of time looking for a crossing... which we then used the following morning...

What did with the wife last weekend near Young... was we just kept hiking upstream... until we
could safely and easily cross each creek... worse case we would have went back the way we came.
We had alot of time ... and had nowhere we HAD to be.
I would do the same with this particular crossing... just keep going upstream... to where it
forks... and forks...
of course you have to be happy and ok to xcountry... and be ok with plenty of shrub...
