Hi friends,
do you have suggestions for a 5 day backpacking trip in Yosemite for beginning of May? The best would be a round trip. My plan is to fly in from ATL on Monday May 1st and leave on May 7th. If anyone wants to join, please let me know :-)

Hi Thomas - I am planning to be up there the first weekend in May and am having trouble enough finding day hikes that will not be covered in snow. Will you be prepared to walk on snow, i.e. bringing snowshoes?

It really seems that May is too early for 5 day backpacking trips in Yosemite. I plan to go to another National Park... probably Canyonlands - the Maze... Let me know of you want to join :-)
