Does Tamarack Flat campground have extra parking for Backpackers?

The trailhead for Tamarack is the campground.
There is not a lot of parking and there are no bear
boxes for backpackers to use.
This was true on Oct 16, 2016.
The map online show parking... but I don't know about
that. If you find parking there ok... but I have
always parked like so:
If you need bear box space you drive past Gin and use
the boxes at South Fork Trailhead (the next TH past Tam/Gin Flat)
