Each year we hike to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park, California. It is a significant challenge -looming 4800 feet above the floor of Yosemite Valley, and a strenuous round trip of more than 18 miles.
For us, the spiritual nature of Yosemite and the challenge of the hike parallels the experience of families as they struggle with histiocytosis. With the support of a great group of friends committed to the cause, you will find a source of strength that will take you farther than you thought possible. It is an exhilarating experience and an everlasting memory you will share with your fellow hikers.
