The Bureau of Land Management’s Bishop Field Office is proposing to restore some unauthorized routes east of Crowley Lake.

“This won’t affect access to recreation sites,” said Rich Williams, BLM outdoor recreation planner. “We’ve seen the number of routes in the area increasing and want to restore some to their natural state.”The work northwest of Little Round Valley will begin in April. Maps and a brief description will be available at the Crowley Lake Community Center during the Regional Planning Advisory Committee meeting (RPAC) March 24 at 6:30 p.m.
