Cell reception on North Rim

Just curious if anybody could tell me if there is any reception on the North Rim.

North Rim of what?

If you mean the Grand Canyon, then yes. But it's spotty.

North rim of the valley. Lol! El capitan, Eagle Point, Yosemite Falls, Snow Creek Falls, etc.

This is funny. because I just looked at backpacker magazine and they have a map of the
cell coverage in Yosemite. Geez.

Another note. Mountaineers Route is in there too. I cringe at this one big time.
Wonder how many Schmos with no experience whatsoever gonna need assistance
now that they went and did that.
