The Tioga road is open to bicycles from the east and the west sides but not through Olmsted avalanche zone. It is clearly posted with no bicycle signs indicating the closure. Cyclists should keep in mind that rock fall due to the snow melting is a good ossibility and also that equipment and administrative vehicles are on the road.
