September 12th in Lee Vining in front of the Mono Lake Committee Information Center & Bookstore for a run up Tioga Pass Road (highway 120 west) to Tioga Pass. Walkers start at 7:00am, followed by runners at 8:00am.

Oh wow. I'll be in the area that day. It would mean one less day of hiking, though. Has anyone done this?? It looks vomit-inducing but also too absurd to pass up.
