The national weather service in hanford has issued a winter storm
Watch for heavy snow...Which is in effect from late tuesday night
Through late wednesday night for the sierra nevada from yosemite
To kings canyon.

* snow accumulations: from 12 to 18 inches above 4000 feet and up
To 3 feet above 7000 feet.

* snow level: 4000 feet.

* timing: moderate to heavy snow developing late tuesday night
Through late wednesday night.

* locations include: shaver lake...Yosemite valley

* impacts: snow covered roads will create hazardous driving
Conditions and possible road closures.

Thanks eeek. The storm was over and we didn't need to call the number. We were really worried that we wouldn't be able to make it to the valley.
