Hopefully, we will all still enjoy the food. The menu reportedly should stay the same, so hopefully so will the quality of the food.

That would be a sad day. Could be worse.

The Tioga Gas Mart and the Whoa Nellie will stay the same (no Subway). Matt hasn't cooked there for a long time anyway, so it's not like anything will change.

He has acted more as a supervisor, the chef de cuisine or executive chef, in recent years. He was still usually at the restaurant, often watching the baseball games on TV with the customers.
