While the Caltrans Road Conditions webpage still shows Tioga Road (Hwy 120) closed, Caltrans District 9 Office has announced via their Facebook page that Tioga Road has been re-opened as of 8:00 AM this morning:

From California Department of Transportation District 9 Facebook page:

“SR 120W TIOGA PASS IS NOW RE-OPENED FROM WINTER CLOSURE AS OF 8:00AM TODAY!!!!!”

As of 9:15 AM, the Caltrans road conditions webpage now shows Hwy 120 through Tioga Pass with no restrictions:
