* urban and small stream flood advisory for...
The central and southern san joaquin valley and the sierra nevada
Foothills...
Including the counties of
Kern...Kings...Tulare...Fresno...Madera...Merced...And mariposa.
Including the cities of
Fresno...Clovis...Delano...Bakersfield...Hanford...Madera...
Merced...Atwater...Visalia...Tulare...And porterville.

* until 1115 pm pst

* at 315 pm pst...Rain has largely diminished across central
California. As a large pacific storm approaches the
Coast...Additional showers will develop across the
Region...Especially after 5 pm.

Additional rainfall amounts of one-half to one inch are likely.
This additional rainfall may cause renewed flooding of low spots
And poor drainage areas...Especially within urbanized areas.

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the
Roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross
Safely.
