The west slopes of the northern sierra nevada.

Through 530 pm...Look for most of the activity to affect areas
South of highway 50 from near kyburz and kirkwood...South toward
Black springs...Ebbetts pass...Tamarack...Dardanelle and pine
Crest.

The strongest activity near and west of crest areas of highway 4
And highway 108 will likely generate locally heavy rain...Hail up
To marble size...Occasional lightning strikes and locally gusty
Outflow winds.

Campers...Hikers and motorists traveling through the high country
Will need to use caution and seek shelter if threatening weather
Approaches.

Look for most of the thunderstorm activity to diminish before sunset.

Severe thunderstorm warning as well, quarter-size hail. Looks like in the Emigrant...
