Hey there!

We got reservations for next year for hosuekeeping (yeah!), but didn't receive specific units. Do you know if they are assigned for us, or are they first come first serve? When I was a kid, you picked your units when you registered, but not anymore. Thanks!

Just like the rooms at the Ahwahnee, Yosemite Lodge and the rooms and cabins at Curry Village, the Housekeeping Units are assigned by the DNC staff.

(They're usually pre-assigned a day or two before your scheduled check-in date, but upon check-in the front desk clerk can reassign you to any Housekeeping unit of the type you reserved, river unit vs. non-river unit, that's ready for occupancy at the time you check-in.)
