The Inyo National Forest announces a temporary closure of the Earthquake Fault interpretive area starting Friday, November 21, 2014. This purpose of this closure is to remove potential danger trees from along the access road and picnic area at this site. Closure of the bike trail passing through this area will also be in effect during tree removal. Work is expected to last up to two days. Road Closed and Trail Closed will be posted prior to work commencing. The forest appreciates your patience while this important work is completed.
