This hazardous weather outlook is for the kern county mountains
And the higher elevations of the southern sierra nevada.

...Possible snow...

.Day one...This afternoon and tonight

No hazardous weather expected.

.Days two through seven...Wednesday through monday

* snow accumulations: several inches possible in the yosemite
Park...Kings canton areas and tulare mountains...Decreasing to
An inch or two over the kern county mountains.

* elevation: snow level down to 4000 feet. Higher over the kern
County mountains.

* winds: gusting to 45 mph. Possibly higher gusts along the crest.

* timing: friday evening through sunday afternoon.

* locations include: yosemite national park...Kings
Canyon...Lodgepole...Huntington lake...Grant
Grove...Johnsondale...Tehachapi...Frazier park...And all other
Communities above 4000 feet.

* impacts: combination of heavy snow and gusty winds can make for
Treacherous driving conditions and some roads impassable.
