#125 for Yosemite

I was there for the 100th and had hope to go today but it didn't work out. Happy Birthday Yosemite!

We were there for the 100th, too, and this celebration was a lot larger than then. Five cakes, too...I think there was one in 1990.

Unfortunately, now 25 years later, I can't remember much about what was done. I think there was cake. I have a really nice tall wood peppercorn grinder with the 100th anniversary logo on it that I still use.

On behalf of Hutchings and Lamon: bah humbug! Return our 160 acres!

All kidding aside, a day of celebration indeed.

Yosemite Valley.....

I was there for the 125th celebration also. I enjoyed the festivities and speakers, and Tom Bopp was in prime form. Nice that the rain held during the entire thing. The cake was tasty as well.
