This Sunday evening, April 1st, at 7pm, the gate at Chinquapin will be closed and locked. There will no longer be public access. Roads crews will begin snow removal operations on the Glacier Point Road beyond Badger Pass. Administrative Access will be authorized only between Chinquapin and Badger. Recreational activities such as bicycling will not be allowed on the road during this time.
