On October 1st, the management of https://recreation.gov will change over to a new contract and company, Booz, Allen, Hamilton (BAH). Between October 1st and 10AM on October 5th, no one, not even the BAH customer service center, will be able to use recreation.gov to make or alter reservations. Any availability during that time will be handled locally at each campground operation. The processing of cancellations, early departures, or any other reservation alteration will be delayed until October 5th.
