MORNING TO 10 PM PST THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches
likely above 7,000 feet.
* WHERE...Sierra Nevada from Yosemite to Kings Canyon.
* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM PST this evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery, snow covered roads,
winter driving conditions and possible road closures along
with travel delays. Tire chains may be required.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
