Campfires in the Valley campsites

i know normally, campfires are only allowed at night in the Valley, and NOT in the mornings... but does anyone know if morning fires are allowed during winter when few people are camping there? (like right now)/

They allow campfires any time between October and April. You need to attend it at all times or put it out completely with water.
