Including the cities of Devils Postpile, Florence Lake,
Lake Thomas Edison, Tuolumne Meadows, Fish Camp, and Shaver Lake

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON
TO 11 AM PDT TUESDAY ABOVE 5000 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow expected above 5000 feet. Significant accumulations
will mainly occur above 6000 feet. Total snow accumulations as
much as 4 to 8 inches expected at the higher elevations. Winds
gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Central Sierra and North Kings River.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM PDT Tuesday. Heaviest
snowfall is expected during the evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions and
possible road closures. Campers and hikers should be prepared
for deteriorating weather conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can
be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
