* Winds...South-southwest winds Thursday afternoon shifting to
southwest on Friday. Sustained winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up
to 40 mph possible both afternoons. Ridge winds up to 65 mph

should weaken late Thursday evening, while ridges continue to
gust in the 70-90 mph range overnight into Friday morning.
