I may be in the Reno/Tahoe area in late August or Early September. I'm thinking of doing Mount Rose from the summit area. I realize it's about 9.4 miles round trip (out and back). I'm thinking of doing it early in the morning an making it back for a scheduled event.
Anyone done it and can comment about how well marked the trail is? Is it something where I wouldn't have any trouble finding my way back? How's the trail signage. I've been on some Forest Service trails where the trail signage wasn't exactly very helpful.
