Fire Update November 13, 2020

Yosemite National Park is experiencing winter weather conditions, with snow impacting all four wildfires this past week. This will be the final update on the following incidents unless significant change occurs. Road closures are in effect due to weather and snow. Trail closures remain in effect until further notice. Blue Jay Fire
Location: Yosemite Creek drainage south of the 10 Lakes trail at 9,000 feet elevation.
Discovery Date: July 24, 2020
Size: 6,922 acres
Containment: 90%

Cause: Lightning
