Please expect workers on or near Tioga Road near the following locations. The locations and dates are not exact and subject to change.

There are 2 separate pilot car locations. One is from east of Tuolumne Lodge Road to the New Contract Center, the second will be from East Pothole Dome parking area through the climbers' turn-out parking. Expect 20 minute delay at the

No parking along Tioga Road within the pilot car area. No parking at Lembert Dome.

The Dog Lake trailhead, Wilderness Center, Visitor Center, new Contact Center, Pothole Dome, and Pothole Dome East parking lots are open and available for meadow parking. The store parking is open for shoppers. East Beach, Murphy Creek Picnic Area, Old Campground and Sunrise Lakes Trailhead parking lots are open.

The temporary trail from the Visitors Center parking lot to the Cathedral Lakes Trailhead is open. It is marked out, delineated with roadway candlesticks and signage, just follow the roadway candlesticks to the trailhead.

June 21: Striping Lembert Dome, New Contact Center and East Pothole Dome Parking area. Concrete curb placement from West of the store to East Pothole Dome. Fine grading east of Tuolumne Lodge Road to Soda Springs Road and west of the Visitors Center.

June 22: Striping Murphy Creek Picnic area. The other parking lots will most likely be striped in the fall.

Pulverizing will start back up June 24 or 27.

Just went through the construction. It looks like they have a new curb installed to eliminate roadside parking by the cathedral lakes trailhead and by tenaya lake. They are using the lower cathedral lake shortcut parking as a gravel dump so you can't park there.
