TO DELAYS OF UP TO 20 MINUTES

TRAFFIC IS REDUCED TO 1 LANE IN EACH DIRECTION FROM 15 MI NORTH TO
18 MI NORTH OF BISHOP (MONO CO) 24 HRS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK THRU 1700 HRS
ON 8/21/09 - DUE TO CONSTRUCTION - MOTORISTS ARE SUBJECT TO DELAYS OF
UP TO 10 MINUTES

The CHP is very heavy in that area, so keep it at speed limit.

Do you mean the area north of Bishop? (There's two areas in the notice)

Yes, the area north of Bishop (I was just there) the speed limit is 35 at times and they mean it!!

You can bypass that crap by taking Lower Rock Creek Road.

I saw one last time I went through there. But I think he was just there to scare people since I was ignored at 50+ MPH.
